A massive thank you to all who have supported this project and helped it on its way. Firstly, my daughter Eliza, without whom I would not have had the vision to start such a project. Secondly. my wife Sarah and my other daughter Maisie, who ground me and whose love and encouragement have kept me going. And my friends, including Roger, Alan, Carol and Clive, Marcus and Debs. Thank you for your support, coffee, cake, and laughter. Move HIT group, Bristol. Alan Whone and the staff at the Bristol Brain Centre. Also Alf Jameson and his contributions on exercise and nutrition.
Lastly, Bryn Williams, the person behind the website, ‘Wobbly Williams”. I found his website when I came home from the hospital, having just been diagnosed, and it gave me so much hope and an approach to Parkinson’s that I still follow to this day. Cheers Bryn.
